BOOKTALK: ‘THE CO-PARENT’ by Nicole Strycharz

The Co-Parent
Book Three of The Relationship Quo Series

Brianna: My life has always been a little ironic. I’m afraid of the dark, and I’m blind. My parents were my world, but they died in 9/11. I wouldn’t mind a relationship but men perceive me as a burden.

So it shouldn’t have been a shocker that the guy I fall in ‘like’ with ends up being a top of the line player from the UK. It also shouldn’t have shocked me that the guy that was meant to be a sexy fling; just an erotic encounter to reminisce over, left me more than just a memory. He left me with a bump.

That’s okay, because when life bitch slapped me into being blind, pregnant and single…I just called ‘plot twist’ and carried on. Besides, this little surprise in my belly is relying on me to get it all right. So do we really need him?

Gabriel: Party, drink, sex, work, repeat. Sometimes I’ll throw sleep in there. Aside from that the life of a millionaire has brought me everything, but in the night is when I realize I still have nothing. Being a party animal might be frowned upon but it led me to her.

She’s the most fascinating woman I’ve ever met and her body and flaming hair make me wild. Can’t trust women, though. That’s why I left. Best not to give women power, but now she’s carrying my child.

Brianna’s unique, though. She doesn’t want my money, she wants my partnership. She wants to ‘co-parent.’ What the bloody hell is a man like me supposed to do with a child? I still live like one. So here’s my options. Persuade her to forget it. Walk away or Stay.

But can I stay? Can I be the co-pilot she needs and the father our child deserves?

My Thoughts:

I can not even begin to express all my thoughts and emotions on this book. They’re all over the place and I want to tell y’all all the things but at the same time, don’t want to spoiler you from experiencing it for yourself.

Each book I read from Nicole blows me away. I’ve said it for all her books; this woman takes you on a JOURNEY. She crafts these 3D characters and they’re events through time brilliantly.

From the beginning, I absolutely LOVED Bri. We got a glimpse of her quirky spunk in the previous Relationship Quo series book, THE FRIEND ZONE. In her own book, THE CO-PARENT, my heart instantly felt connected to her and her upbringing. For those who read THE FRIEND ZONE, you’ll enjoy that we get Chloe and Bri bestie goodness.

Bri’s motto when life’s being a punk is, PLOT TWIST. I loved that. This girl made me laugh so many freaking times. Not a huge spoiler, but if you read the previous book you already know she’s blind. The brilliance of how we experienced Bri’s world as a blind person was beautiful, unique, and inspiring. Bri didn’t let anything hold her back from living a full life.

We meet Gabe…hot, British, bad boy Gabe. This boy has issues. This boy is broken. This boy goes through a long and rough journey to learn how to love and be loved. Prime jewel of the bad boy cart and yet, so much of who he is and what he deals with feels raw and new.

Get ready, cause this author did something I have not seen another author do! The reason it was brilliant and the reason it worked was because these characters and their situations are so raw and real. I loved this book so much!

The Scoop!

The RELATIONSHIP QUO SERIES is far from over!!! More couples! More unique situations we always find ourselves in with this crazy game called, Love!

Being in the Friend Zone sucks! HAPPY RELEASE DAY ‘The Friend Zone’ by Nicole Strycharz

Oh, bookish friends!

You know when you stumble upon an author that many people don’t know about, then you read their books and wonder, “WHY THE HELL DON’T MORE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS!?”

Yeah, get ready. I’m about to gush a bit because today’s release celebration is the third book I’ve read from this author and it seriously just keeps getting better and better!

Everything you think you know about what this story is going to be about at first glance is probably wrong. This story is so much more and is like nothing I’ve read that is remotely like any of its sister tropes.

Here’s the Goodreads synopsis:

Chloe: Moses has been my best friend since kindergarten. We met when I shoved him face first in the dirt and took his action figures. Ever since, we’ve been tighter than blood, but we’re not blood, and my body knows that. My heart has known that for years.

The fact that being a pole dancer has interfered with my relationship status is an understatement. Moses is literally the longest I’ve been with a man, except I’m not really ‘with’ him.

Now I’m approaching a place where I’m curious enough to tell him about my feelings. I’ve gotten close, but a man as hot as my bestie has had really small gaps between girlfriends. I know it could be a big mistake, and he’s never seen me that way, but I won’t know for sure unless I act, right? Only problem is, I might be too late again.

Moses: I’m not blind to the fact that my best friend is dangerously hot. She’s basically every man’s dream but she’s not mine. I’m the one that protects her, councils her, and encourages her, knowing she will do the same for me. She’s my girl.

But now something is different, and I can’t put a name to it. Something feels changed, but I’m putting all that on the back burner because I think I found my perfect girlfriend.

Still, Chloe is in my head; I’m not sure she would handle knowing that. After all, I’m in the friend zone…

My Review:

Once again, another book by Nicole Strycharz sucks me in and never wants to let me go.

This is book two in the Relationship Quo Series but can be read as a standalone. In the first book, ‘The Divorce’, though that story was about Chris and Jenzy, we meet Moses and he pursues Jenzy until they finally enter a relationship. Now, in ‘The Friend Zone’, we meet his best friend, Chloe during the same timeline as when Moses meets Jenzy…see where this is going?

This story gripped my heart and had me in knots almost the entire time. What I love about Nicole’s writing is that she knows how to tell a full, emotionally rich story. Just like with ‘The Divorce’, other writers may take both story concepts and leave you frustrated and perhaps with a lack of closure (it’s happened to me with other writers and stories like these), and most times, by the end, I’m upset with one or both main characters, feeling like the writer didn’t convince me that one deserves the other. (Again, I’ve read books that have left me this way many times). But, nope, not Nicole! Every time I feared she would leave me without proper closure or that it’ll feel rushed and not truly resolved, chapters later and the conclusion of this story for both our main characters wraps up so perfectly.

This scene made my heart bleed…not what you think is happening. *all the tears*

Book one and two are such uniquely told stories. I have yet to read any similar tropes pull off such quality storytelling. So much happens and by the end, you feel like you’ve lived a full life with these characters.

Her characters feel so real to you. Chloe is a professional dancer; a pole dancer, folks–ex stripper! And all the stereotypes that come with that are thrown at her. You think you know her at first glance but she’s so much more. I loved Chloe’s strength and independence but she was also vulnerable, loyal, hopeful, even though life hasn’t always been good to her.

Then we have Moses and we see so much more of who he really is and his point of view of things during his time with Jenzy, from ‘The Divorce’. If you’ve read ‘The Divorce’, Nicole structured the timeline and story so perfectly. You get just enough from the previous book but so much more is new and fresh.

THE DIVORCE (Relationship Quo Series #1)

I don’t want to give spoilers! This was one hell of an emotional journey! I cried, I laughed my butt off, especially whenever her friend, Brianna was around (who is blind, spunky, and wonderful. I loved her character!) Another amazingly engaging and full of heart, sexy, and sweet story that will suck you in! Head over to Amazon and ONE-CLICK it! It’s only $0.99! It’s seriously SO. GOOD!

I can not even begin to express my love for this book! From the moment I first saw the cover, I was already hooked and drawn into needing this story in my hands. ASAP. It’s probably my favorite cover from the WILLOW BAY STABLES SERIES.

Well, let me tell you, the content behind that cover most definitely did not disappoint either. What a beautiful, sweet, and gripping story of true love at it’s finest. Where love looks past the darkness one finds and embraces, hiding away from the world. Where that same love refuses to give up and bursts into the darkness with brilliant, blinding light.

Aurora Daniels is the bleeding heart of her family. With a gift and a passion for helping to heal others, she has a legacy of kindness and gratitude—a modern-day saint.
Every Sunday since she turned eighteen, Aurora has driven three hours into the city of Edmonton, Alberta, where she volunteers at an equine facility that rehabilitates troubled youth by working with horses. With their increasing success rate, the facility is expanding to foster violent parolees in hopes of a more effective release into society.
Assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder—that’s what it says under the name on his sheet. Rhys White is released on good behaviour and promises to remain under contract for community service at the Equine for Hearts facility for a court-ordered period of twelve months.
Willow Bay’s saint may have stumbled across the one sinner who can’t be saved from himself.
Will Aurora be able to rein in Rhys’s quest for revenge before it’s too late? Or will she spend the rest of her life loving a man behind bars?

My goodness, this book. This book and its characters. This book was poetry in the dark.

From the very beginning, you are gripped and tossed into a scene of such sadness. You’re left with a glimpse of a moment that haunts a man whose heart will take hold of you in ways that make your soul ache.

My goodness, Rhys White broke my heart. He made me want to just hold him in silence and never let go.

Rein In gives us the story of our third Daniels sibling in the Willow Bay Stables series. Each story in this series is beautiful in its own way. With this new installment, there was something so deep and tangible about the emotions between our two main characters. Aurora and Rhys take you on an emotional journey that constantly tugs at the deepest parts of your heart while leaving a soft, lingering smile almost after every interaction they have.

“A blonde girl in a sundress, with lips softer than a waterlily and the name of a princess, scared the ever-loving piss out of me.”

This story is the embodiment of romance. Get ready to be immersed both in the thick of darkness and the brilliance of the sun. Your heart will feel tight and bleed for this broken man, this broken soul. Then, your heart will sigh at the beauty the healing power of a genuine and innocent love can have.

“Someone with a light as bright as yours shouldn’t spend her days in the dark.”

Lifting my head, I let my hands find their way to either side of his hard jaw.

“Then let me show you the sun.” I sat up and my lips found his.

He met mine with a near decade of sorrow, and I took it.

I absolutely loved this story. I loved how in just a few chapters, Anne Jolin takes you through a full and complete journey full of poetry and depth. A story of love and redemption. I was most certainly #RuinedByRhys ❤ Perfect fall read! Cozy up with a soft blanket, a warm cup of goodness and let your heart ache, sigh, and smile through Aurora and Rhys’ story.

From the moment you begin reading, Anne Jolin ropes deep emotions around your heart as you hold your breath through an intense prologue that sets the path for our main heroine, Rayne, aka. Ray.

A single mom to an adorable, spunky girl (Riley), Ray comes home to be the new veterinarian and has sworn off cowboys. Enter sexy and persistent cowboy, Owen Daniels. Rodeo bronco rider is coming back home to check on his leading lady in his life, Remington’s Lady, his injured horse who he left in the care of Ray Brookes, trusted family vet. It just turns out, he wasn’t expecting a woman; a beautiful woman who looked nothing like the old man Ray he remembers. This was Rayne “Ray” Brookes, the daughter.

These two begin a game of cat and mouse. Owen is denied a date but he’s not used to being told no. He likes a challenge. But, ladies, this isn’t some brooding alpha who aggressively tries to get what he wants; nope, this man is all cowboy gentleman and oh, my word, did he make me swoon. He pursued the woman he wanted to get to know. He instantly took a liking to her daughter and their growing friendship was one of the most precious things ever.

I fell in love with these three together.

Then….then, Ray finally had her walls pulled down and she became owned by Owen and it was wonderful!

“Every kiss we shared before was rivaled by this kiss, because with this kiss, he owned me. I was owned by Owen.”

This story has so much heart. You’ll start with a lump in your throat, you’ll laugh at the wonderful antics at the Willow Bay Stables family dinner table, you’ll swoon, you’ll get teary eyed and you’ll find yourself smiling with a happy sign in the end. Another Anne Jolin book that I loved. Her characters suck me in and stay in my heart. I loved reading Ray, Owen, and Riley’s story and I can’t wait for Rhys and Aurora’s next which we get a sneak peek of at the end of this book.

I highly recommend this! Snuggle up with cozy socks, a warm drink in hand and get lost in the Canadian countryside for a bit. Get Owned by Owen! ❤

Owen Daniels lives his life eight seconds at a time. The thrill of anticipation that comes with sitting on twelve hundred pounds of untamed power is unparalleled. The adrenaline rush that floods his system when the chute opens is one of life’s most unique and natural highs.

Ride eight seconds bareback on a bucking bronco—that’s his life.

When Owen’s stock horse, Remington’s Lady, is injured midway through the rodeo circuit, he trailers her back home to Willow Bay, Alberta, to remain in the care of the local vet, Ray Brookes.

Months later, with a truck bed full of buckles, Owen comes home to collect his Lady from the man he trusted to help her recover. Only Ray happens to be short for Rayne, and Rayne happens to be a woman.

And this woman wants nothing to do with a cowboy fresh off the circuit. As far as she’s concerned, he can take his buckles, boots, and spurs right back on out of her life.

Will Rayne keep them from holding on to their eight-second ride? Or will love buck out of the chute in time for a perfect score?

BOOKS: Let’s Talk “HELL ON HEELS” by Anne Jolin

Hello, beautiful folks of the internet!

I know, I know. It’s been forever. I keep performing this same song and dance but I have words to share with y’all in regards to that. I’m preparing a post with all the lovely ranting to come soon.

Interesting enough, this book I’m sharing with y’all today is in direct correlation to the next post where I explain all the things about where I’ve been; Running a Small Business While Also Doing Life.

Let’s get into it! We’re talking about ‘HELL ON HEELS’ by Anne Jolin.

Anne Jolin sharing paperbacks at #ECAE2016

Seriously, where the hell do I even begin with this book? This is definitely a, ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’ case. Promotions rolled in presenting us, The Charleston Three; Beau, Dean, and Maverick. This book seemed like it would be about a strong, independent woman who rocked some killer heels as she takes over the world unapologetically and juggles three men along the way. But, my goodness, people! This story was SO MUCH MORE than you can possibly imagine.

I had the kismet pleasure of meeting Anne at this year’s Wicked Book Weekend in South Florida. You know when you meet someone for the first time and just instantly connect. Later, you process and believe wholeheartedly that meeting them was not a coincidence. That is what happened for me when I met Anne. I briefly shared with her my struggle to accept my dream as a writer even if that meant changing career paths later in life and living in a way others would frown upon. Her encouragement and belief in me was genuine. I needed her words and kindness that day.

As many of you who follow this blog may know–because I’ve written plenty on it–I’ve struggled through the writing process. Mostly due to outside voices, doubt, and anxiety. My writing had taken another pause which made my soul very unhappy. But before I get ahead of myself, back to my story leading to this book.

After the event, I had this book in hand ready to be devoured. Anne had warned me it was like nothing she had written before and that it was a story she had to fight for. It was very dear to her heart and involved the addiction of a loved one.

From the prologue, I knew I was in deep. I instantly felt a mirror slowly rising up to face my soul through this book. Chapter one, I laughed and high-fived our main heroine, Charleston for her thoughts and perspective on life and the dating culture that I’m always preaching to my friends about.

Charleston Smith is a gorgeous woman. A woman with real curves (and I don’t just mean boobs which seems to be the general definition in books but no, I mean everywhere) and she isn’t the sad or dowdy girl who doesn’t embrace them. She dresses her body like a woman taking charge. She loves fashion, has her own successful company that allots for the high-end pieces and accessories she dresses her body in, and the woman loves and wears her heels. Even when she’s walking from work to lunch and back, taking the stairs for a little cardio boost in her day, and she’ll still eat the damn cupcake if she wants.

On the outside,  Charleston Smith was a ‘Princess’ on top of the world who could charm and beguile any man. In fact, we see, in the course of a year, Charleston dates a saint, a sinner, and a mere mortal from her past–The Charleston Three.

the charleston three

Now, if you think you have this story pegged, let me burst that bubble because nothing could prepare you for the journey a year in the life of Charleston Smith will take you. No, don’t worry, I won’t rob you of the experience. This will be a NO SPOILER ZONE!

In my professional life, I was a sniper. In my personal life, I was a mess. -Pg. 13

Our main character has lost someone very dear to her due to addiction. “You’re my angel, with no halo, and one wing in the fire.” This loss propelled Charleston to venture into her own addiction.

I use people. Not in a malicious way, but in the way an addict abuses their substance of choice. People are my vice–men specifically. I crave the emotional high they give me with a unique and reckless disregard for my own well-being–eagerly floating into an unsustainable euphoria.

This isn’t your typical “fun”, sex-filled soap opera that leads to your usual happily ever after (and hey, I love those stories too). This story will grip your heart, make you shed a few tears, and in the end, leave you looking at yourself, perhaps a little raw and vulnerable but it’ll be an achingly beautiful experience nonetheless. The true hero rises and conquers in the end. There is a happy ending, it’s just not what you may expect and I loved it.

I believe there’s a piece of Charleston Smith in us all and that is why everyone needs to read this book!

Loving the ugly parts of ourselves isn’t easy, but if we can’t love them, how can we expect someone else to? -Pg. 96

I can go on and on about this book but will end my shared thoughts of it with y’all here. There are so many quotable lines and these 265 pages are full of so much wisdom that we are not just told of but see unfold in our main heroine’s life. I loved this book. I loved that I had to journal right after and gush and confront certain things about myself. I personally struggle with my own darkness inside that I’m learning to fight daily and for that reason, I know that’s just one of the reasons this book hit all the right spots for me. I will be rereading this one for sure. I highly recommend it!

Anne-1 Hey y’all..

I was born and raised in Ladner, a small farm town just outside Vancouver, Canada.

I never expected to be an author. Writing was something that snuck up on me and rooted itself into my life. It was beautiful to discover that love, and I’m truly grateful to say I’ve found my passion.

If I could leave y’all with one thing, it’s that life’s far too short to not live it out loud. Drown in your passions, hold on tight to the things that inspire you, and chase your dreams relentlessly. I can promise you without a doubt that you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

Mad love,

REVIEW – This Booknerd’s Thoughts:

Oh man. I don’t even know where to start with this. I have been sitting on these thoughts and emotions for almost two weeks now. I was dreading this review because I didn’t know if I would be able to deliver a spoiler-free one and NOT bleed and yell and cry all over this damn post. So, I decided, YES, this will be SPOILER-FREE reivew but to fully and honestly share with you how I feel about this book, I will be assisted by the help of gifs. Yes…all the GIFS. Here we go.

First, let me say; when I read book one, ‘FIGHTING SILENCE’ (which I LOVED), I was shocked by what a wizrd storyteller Aly Martinez was. I tell everyone, I feel like I lived a full life through that book. SO MUCH HAPPENED, beautifully and perfectly fleshed out that I thought, for sure, we were nearing the end of the book. I check my kindle and lo’ and behold, we were only at 25%. TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT! How the hell was that possible? It was miraculous and I loved it!

Going into book three, ‘FIGHTING SOLITUDE’, I wondered if it was a one-time magical fluke in book one. NOPE! Here I am, feeling the SAME thing about the book probably nearing it’s end and when I check, ironically enough, AGAIN, it was only at 25%. There was still so much story left and I was giddy and shocked. Aly Martinez is a wizard!

If you read book two, ‘FIGHTING SHADOWS’, then you know our Quarry and the tragedy epilogue/prologue at the end leading up to his book. Book two was about his brother, but we saw Quarry and his relationship and friendships in book two. Well, book three finds us looking at an adorable nine year old Liv and beastly looking ten year old Q. From the beginning, their unique friendship had me tilting my head and happy sighing.

As they grew older, I was loving the bond and care for one another they were forming. Oh, them hugs.

Then…well, then the teen years struck and someone from book two makes their actual first appearance into their lives and let’s just say, I was NOT a happy person.

I literally felt the pangs that Liv felt.

And well…things just got worse.

And, I hated the world for Liv.

Then, tragedy struck and everything shifted. They shifted in directions I didn’t want them to go.

So many times in this book, I literally felt my chest squeeze. My eyes watered and i didn’t know how to feel about Liv’s position. I was mad at Q. In all logic and retrospect, I get it. I get why certain things happened but I wish the outcome were different. Even if they were better for it as individuals and together.

By the end, I felt so conflicted. I LOVED Q AND LIV! I LOVED THEIR STORY. But there was one MAJOR factor to their story I just couldn’t reconcile with. It hurt too much. No it wasn’t cheating. All was right and fair. I apologize for lack of clarity but I need to vent while equally keeping it spoiler free. LOL

You see, every time Q said, “Every. Single. Day.” All I could think was, “LIES! Stop saying that! Because you didn’t EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Liv did! You didn’t!” Again, apologies. You’ll understand after you read.

Here’s the crazy part. Liv and Q ARE meant to be. I ship it, so hard! It’s the ONE unreconcialable factor that stayed heavy with me. She never loved another. She watched while never loving another. But their love turned beautiful. Their ending was heart-warming. I have never felt so conflicted about a couple’s journey as I did with Q and Liv.

Do I recommend this read? ABSOLUTELY! Aly Martinez, as I said is a wizard. She’s a fantastic writer who will make you FEEL! Even feel things you may never have wanted to feel. Ha.

This was a 4.5 stars for me. Only because of that one factor that was a huge plot piece in their story that just killed me. All the same, I will definitely read anything Aly publishes next.

perfecty imperfect

Mirror, mirror … who’s the fairest of them all?

I still cringe when I hear that line. A fairy tale that had girls pretending they were the fairest, the most beautiful, and the most entitled. A fairy tale most couldn’t grow out of turned my haunted childhood memories into a living nightmare. Girls who grew up believing that pile of garbage became the meanest of all ‘mean girls.’

And those mean girls were right – it was a line meant for all the beautiful people in the world – and I knew the answer would never be me.

The women with long legs, flat stomachs, and perfect chests.

The type of women Kane Masters gravitated toward.

Well, that’s definitely not Willow Tate.

No. That will never be me.

Because I’m completely imperfect.

And … I hate myself.

I have no idea what Kane could possibly see in someone like me when he could have them.

perfectly imperfect teaser 2

“Are you nervous right now?”

I nod.

“Tell me why.”  His demand, steady and calm, gives me the courage I need to tell him.  To open a vein and bleed my insecurities.

“I’m not perfect,” I whisper.

“And neither am I, Willow.  I don’t want perfect.  What so many see as perfect, to me, is fake.  Perfect isn’t achievable naturally.  No one, and I mean no one, is perfect.”

I’m shaking my head before he’s even done speaking, but one long finger comes up and presses against my lips before I can speak.

“No, let me finish.  There isn’t beauty in perfection.  It’s as fake as the image the word projects.  Beauty is found in imperfection, Willow, because to admit you’re not perfect means you’re admitting you’re not whole and absolute.  When I think of myself, I see someone willing to admit he’s as far from complete as it gets because, in order to get to that perfection, I need to find the other part of me who will make my life better.  To take all the faults I have and fill them, and only then will I be there.  You see, the way I see it, the only way to become perfect is to find that perfectly imperfect person who brings it out of you.”

When he stops, I swear I might have stopped breathing.  How am I supposed to respond to that?

“Do you trust me?” he asks, his voice strong and sure.

“Yes, Kane.  Nerves or not, I do.”

“Then let me show you what I see when I look at you.”

He brings his hands up, framing my face once again in a way I’m quickly becoming addicted to the feeling of.  His warm eyes implore, begging me without words to let him continue.  I do not intend to stop him, regardless of the butterflies currently taking over my system.  I’m all in.

This Booknerd’s Thoughts:

This sweet and sexy read was more than I expected! I’ve read a couple stories where they give us a heroine that doesn’t fit the usual mold (physically) and they were done well. Perfectly Imperfect is most definitely one of them. Harper Sloan’s Willow was raw and real and gave us a glimpse inside the mind of a woman whose image does not fit society’s perception of beauty. With that, we see the honest thoughts and insecurities that plague a woman’s mind and how they can most definitely hold her back from living her life; preferring to hide than exhaust herself, trying daily to meet these standards.

Willow’s home life and family live and breathe the entertainment and beauty industry’s need for supermodel “perfection”. A tragedy that hit Willow’s life at a young age threw her into a downward spiral of hate, guilt, loneliness, and eating disorders. Growing up, she never found herself fitting into the standard of “perfection” her family and family business expected of her.

Then comes Kane, a well-known actor who definitely gets around and has been seen with countless modelesque woman who would be considered the “perfect” body type.

What I loved about Kane is that his desire and interest in Willow was not what some may fear is a “fetish”. He felt a connection from the moment he first laid eyes on her and felt it again, years later when he saw her again. When he felt what he always hoped to find within another, he was a man on a mission, pursuing relentlessly for the beauty found in being perfectly imperfect. This story pulls at your heart string in many areas. It gives us a glimpse of the beauty and hope a woman can find within herself when she finally chooses to take the reins and steer her life where she always wanted it to go. She fights her demons, yanks their choking hands off her and learns to love herself. The perk was finding a man who helped her see what was already there.

It’s sweet and sexy and empowering. It’s a must read! Don’t miss this one!

About the Author:

harper sloan

Harper lives in small town Georgia just a short drive from her hometown of Peachtree City. She (and her 3 daughters) enjoy ruling the house they dubbed ‘Estrogen Ocean’, much to her husband’s chagrin. Harper has a borderline unhealthy obsession with books; you can almost ALWAYS find her with her eReader attached. She enjoys bad reality TV and cheesy romantic flicks. Her favorite kind of hero–the super alpha kind!

Harper started using writing as a way to unwind when the house went to sleep at night; and with a house full of crazy it was the perfect way to just relax. It didn’t take long before a head full of very demanding alphas would stop at nothing to have their story told.
